Review On "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"

As extracted from the news, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, debuts to record breaking $30 million box office in screenings just after midnight".

I'll second to that statement because the tickets for this particular show were selling out really fast the moment we got to the cinema, compared to other movies that weren't even marked red. Now the question comes, "how did we manage to get the tickets then"?

Answer: We were smart enough to book the tickets online, few days before the actual release of the movie! (Okay, I know I sound like a typical "us", but that's to safeguard myself from getting a good and comfy seat.)

FYI: We were seated right at the back of the cinema, and yes, in the middle too!

Alright, cut the crap and back to the movie review. But before that, here's the sypnosis & trailer of the movie.

Sypnosis

Bella (Kirsten Stewart) once again finds herself encircled with danger as Seattle is ravaged by a sequence of mystifying killings and a spiteful vampire who continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and her friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner) as the struggle between vampires and werewolves continues. Other than that, there is still another choice for Bella to make, mortality or immortality?

Official Trailer

Personally, I think that Twilight: Eclipse was a disappointment. There's too much conversation going on between Jacob, Edward & Bella, making the entire show monotonous and stale. Reviews from other critics were equally bad too. Throughout the entire movie, which was about 120 mins, I guess I only enjoyed 30 mins of it; mainly the fighting scenes.

In addition to that, I'm sure many of you have been awaiting for a new character to be introduced in the scene: BooBoo Steward.

I regret to inform you that he's only in the scene for less than a min, and he never appeared at all after that. It's kind of disappointing too!

As nuch as all these been said, Jacob's still as hot, Edward's still as charismatic, and Bella's still as captivating.

Please do not get affected by my opinion. Feel free to head down to the nearest cinema and purchase your tickets now, and share your reviews with the other people! =)

@Eve: If you've been watching the first 2 episodes of Twilight, why not continue to watch it?
