After what I've been through recently, I realised everyone's selfish (including me). They care only for their own happiness, and neglect people around them. They often ignore advises, and when it happens, they'll regret.
Cherish what you have before you lose them. How far do you agree to this?
I've got a friend who tweeted this. "if you feel like giving up, stop and think of the reason why you held on for so long". At times, I felt like giving up. And at times, I have friends who advise me not to. I'm lost. Why am I holding on still when you chose not to? Somebody enlighten me please!
And talking about fair chances, Tyler, Meiyi & I went for a movie screening at Shaw House two days back; Pope Joan. On the surface, the movie might seems pretty boring. However, if you're looking at things from a different perspective, it talks about this girl, who was not given chances to attend school, who was often abused by her family, who wasn't treated with equality, eventually rise up to a prominent figure through her hardwork. Her determination is admirable!
On a side note, I'll be working as of next Tuesday. I'm gonna take up 2 jobs during the weekdays, from 8am - 5pm, and 6.30pm - 9.30pm. I guess this is the only way I could stop thinking about stuffs that upset me.
