Can somebody tell me what I should do to rectify this problem? It has been giving me the same old shit everytime I unlock my phone. This only started to happen when I plugged my iPhone in this speaker where you get to play songs off your phone.
Am I able to go for a one-to-one exchange?
Just a few days ago, I called Singtel to check on my plan and I have another 8 months before I can get a new phone. And say if I want a new phone now, I have to top up additional $300 + the original price of the phone. Even if I were to sell my current iPhone, I'm pretty sure it will not fetch a high price anymore.
Because of this, I couldn't play songs off my phone without having the need of using a earpiece, which I think the plug-in has malfunctioned too because the songs I'm hearing with my earpiece seems to be distorted. I could no longer hear the typing "d..d..d.." sound and at times, my message ring tone doesn't sound on its own. I have to constantly check for it.
SOMEBODY HELP PLEASEEEEEEEE :(

I changed my phone 1-4-1 with a problem similar. Is your phone less than a year old? If it is, you can still go. The service centre is VERY FAST! I was damn amazed at the speed. Weekend, I wait less than 30 mins nia.
Know whats the worst? I changed 1-4-1 5 times already.... i4 sux...
