Double standard?

"When different instructions are passed down from different superiors". A very familiar phrase you'll hear at work, always...


I had to pen this down. 


It's tough working with a couple of superiors when each has their own perspective in looking at certain things. At times like this, as much as possible, I'll avoid getting myself involved and often find another way out; remaining neutral tends to be the safe side. That's not usually the case because as a in-charge, you had to voice out your opinions on certain issues which in fact, can be a right or wrong, or even siding as some may perceived.


It all boils down to communication. If any of the channels within the communication is not related properly, BOOOOM! It tends to backfire and leads to misunderstanding. I've never liked it. It is an hazardous factor in the working society which often leads to poor relations between superiors & subordinates over time. It's easier said than done, but I believe it can be done.


COMPROMISE.


When two parties come to a mutual agreement, and only if both parties are willing to cooperate. Big word, but it's never easy to adhere to. How complicated can work society be when everyone's trying to be a leader. If only...
