And so my day 6 of Taiwan trip begins now..
Honestly speaking, we didn't do much on both days because we've already gone to those places that were stated in the itinerary. & we haven't explore much of Xi Men Ding yet though we live around that area. Therefore, the last two days were spent there. :)
Getting ready to head out.
This was taken in the shopping mall. I love the top that I'm wearing. Sadly, it has a hole at the back now. Not very visible though. & guess how much I bought this top for?!
IT'S 3 DOLLARS OKAY! YES. THREEEEEE DOLLLLLARS.
Be jealous! I chanced upon it at one of the night markets and I simply grab it without hesitation. Ok, anyway, I don't know where else we went and it's already evening before heading back to Shilin night market again. The first time we went Shilin was the first day of our trip, and so we've decided to drop by again :)
This uncle caught my attention.
Obviously he knows I was taking a picture of him cause I think I was the only one standing in front of him WITH my camera. There were many others around me too. Singapore doesn't have this right?
Walked around the night market, got some snacks for my family, and chanced upon this super big sausage! Now I'm starting to think dirty. HAHAHAHA
BIG HOR BIG HOR. You musn't deny because this is the BIGGEST sausage I've seen in my life. Singapore's sausages are all miniature please.
And if you were to drop by Shilin, you gotta visit this place.
The foods sold at the night markets are dirt cheap! I'm fortunate enough to have a super high metabolism rate, hence not putting any weight despite eating quite a lot in Taiwan.
And it's a must to visit this shop if you chanced upon it!
Dirt cheap! The entire shop is selling their goods at SGD3! I'm aunty enough to go in and get myself a couple of stuffs too.
My day 6 was pretty boring :(

Last day in Taiwan!
Gotta check out of the hotel at 2pm and so we got up even earlier to get our stuffs packed, and walked around Xi Men Ding to get more stuffs! My friend went to 313 'xue tang' to get more pens, and I went to get condoms. A LOT OF condoms! Don't ask me why.. I don't know what struck me too.
And since I couldn't fit more stuffs in my luggage, I got myself a hand carry bag at a super cheap price too! Now I'm ready to head out.
I swear going to the airport was one hell of a journey! We alighted at Taipei Main Station, and we thought we could get a bus to the airport near the station.
NOOOOOO!!!
We had to walk almost 30mins with our luggage, under the hot sun, asking for directions and eventually getting to the bus terminal. You wouldn't want to be in our position.
And the super shag face upon reaching the airport..
It has been a wonderful trip to Taiwan! Not forgetting to mention it's my first time visiting Taiwan too! I would love to go there again, but not going to Taipei, but some are cities. Thank you Taiwan, and my dear friend, who have kept me company for the 7 days.
HOME SWEET HOME.
