I've lost my job.


Nothing to be proud of, nothing to be ashamed of either. I'm glad I left the company. It's never easy to work under someone whom thinks highly of herself (yes, it's a she!), while neglecting the staffs' welfare.


Imagine, how would it feel like if..
  • No OT is paid even if you stayed till 8pm
  • They don't appreciate you coming early and leaving late
  • No claims allowed for transport, even if you're out to perform duties given by the company
  • No off-in-lieu if the PH falls on a public holiday
  • Probabtion staffs are not entitled to medical claim, and it'll be taken as UNPAID leave
  • Even if you leave at 5.57pm (instead of 6pm sharp), the boss makes noise

It all boils down to one thing - they neglect staffs welfare! Honestly, it's probably one of the worst company I've been through! Poor management. The only thing I'm anticipate to work - my colleagues. Other than that, nothing. If you were me, what would you do?

To stay? Or to leave?
