Yesterday was one of the best Saturday I've been through after so long! Why?
#1- It was the last day of the conference. That means to say, no more waking up at 6.30am!
#2- NDP Preview at Padang.
#3- Ended my saturday evening with my love ones for dinner in town.
P/S: Before you proceed further to view the pictures, I have something to say. I LOOK DAMN FUGLY so pardon me for that.
So, after work, met Lincoln & Genia at Raffles City. Our initial plan was to get seated down at Padang by 5pm, but we delayed till 6pm, and thus missing the first few parts of the parade. One of it is my favourite! People parachuting from the planes. This reminds me of one song..
"I don't need a parachute, baby if I've got you.
Baby if I've got you, I don't need a parachute.
You're gonna catch me.
You're gonna catch if I fall, down, down down".
Okay, cut the crap, and here's some pictures for you to see see look look!
First and foremost, this particular song that was sung by Corrine May, Sylvia Ratonel & Sezairi kept replaying in my head. Here you go..
I WANT TO SING, SING A SONG FOR SINGAPORE.
WITH EVERY GENERATION, THERE'S MORE TO BE GRATEFUL FOR.
SO COME AND SING, SING A SONG FOR SINGAPORE.
YOU'RE MY BROTHER, YOU'RE MY SISTER.
I'M THANKING FOR MY SINGAPORE.
MY SINGAPORE, MY SINGAPORE.
The goodie bag that was given to us during the NDP preview.

We belong to the yellow sector!
The parade marching into Padang.
Me & Genia Yeo.
Me & Lincoln Ting.
The two aunties from the market place.
And that's me!
A sea of red and white! (But I was dressed in black. HAHAHA!)
The contingent!
Fighter Jet (They made hell lots of noise when it zoomed past above us!)
And the finale of the NDP Preview, FIREWORKS!
After the NDP, we proceeded to City Hall and headed to town. Coincidentally, Ervin & Charissa was at the NDP Preview too! We met up at Raffles City for a short while before we parted.
And here's the end of the entry. Be sure to attend the actual NDP on the 9th of August!
P/S: Thank you for the wonderful memories. It was definitely fun with you around. I enjoyed myself totally.
